Interview odd jobs: Furniture tester

Here are the questions that I would ask to a furniture tester:

1. Have you been working hard lately?

2. How long have you worked as testing furniture? What is best about it? Can you tell me how you got that job?

3. Is there any special couch, bed or anything that you really liked?

4. How much do you make? Do you earn enough from this job, or is it a part-time job?

5. What made you think that being a furniture tester was the job for you?

6. Did you know being a furniture tester was a job before you became one? Was it the job you wanted when you were growing up? Or did you have an other job as your goal?

7. Do you have a family, if you do what do they think about you working as a furniture tester?

8. Don’t you think that it can get boring after a while? There’s no excitment or anything like that. Just testing furniture.

9. Do you ever need to use your skills you get from your job in your free-time? How much free-time do you get anyways?

10. Have you worked as anything else before you became a furniture tester?
