Stone Cold Character Tracer

In this book there are two main character's, them being Link (who doesn't reveal his real name) and Shelter. I'll start with Link.

Link: He is a boy at around 15-16 years since in the book he finishes school. Since his father left the family and left with a receptionist his mother has gotten a new boyfriend, who Link doesn't like. His name is Vincent who often is drunk and has changed Link's mothers personalities. He has a 4 year older sister who is named Carol. He likes Carol since she protect's him (for example from Vincent) and is very kind to him (for example she helps him in different ways when he gets homeless). Since Vincent thinks that Link lives on his money (even though it is Links mothers money) he locks him out of the house after he has been at a friends house and doesn't let his mother open.

Shelter: He is a 47 year old man who makes homeless people into soldiers, but he has gotten fired from the army since he has medical grounds. Then as a new job he cleans the street and he dislikes all of the dossers since he think they look bad and just ruin.
